This 20606 S Deparmental Strip Cut shredder has state of the art electronics providing dependable control of all operational features including automatic on/off, automatic reverse, as well as audible and visible indicators for door open, bag full, and overfeed. This chain driven machine provides slip-free power to the cutting mechanism for maximum throughput.
The 3.9 mm strip cut offered by our model 20600 M gives data protection at level 2 security, whilst the 2 mm strip cut of our model 20602 ME operates at level 3 security. A higher level of data security, together with a greater waste volume, is provided by model 20612 MEC with its 2 x 15 mm cross cut, giving security at level 4. The special design of the top cover facilitates the feeding of paper from both the front and the rear of the shredder. All these machines benefit from a solid wooden cabinet and four fitted castors, allowing for them to be moved around easily. When the waste bag is full, the motor cuts out automatically and the electronically-controlled shredders even change to automatic reverse - should they be overloaded. They also feature a user-friendly touch sensitive control panel give visual signals and are triggered by a photocell. All shredders in this range are supplied complete with a single tier shelf and 10 spare waste bags.
