MicroOrbit is a 50-disc, batch-load duplicator utilizing a new singulator design from Microboards Technology. The MicroOrbit Supports both DVD+R and DVD-R copying!

The Micro Orbit has only one button to operate its simulation and copy modes. Masters are read into the internal hard drive through the recorder, eliminating the need for a separate reader. The MicroOrbit Supports both DVD+R and DVD-R copying!

Masters and blanks can be interleaved on the input spindle to allow for batch mode processing. When the system recognizes a new master, it reads it into the hard drive then ejects the master into the output bin and starts recording the next series of blanks until it runs out of media or recognizes a new master in the drive.

The MicroOrbit is a 50 disc, batch load capable, easy to use duplicator that has minimal moving parts.The MicroOrbit only requires the operator to touch one button. Masters are read into the internal hard drive through the recoder, eliminating the need for a separate reader. master adn blanks can be interlaced, allowing multiple jobs to be duplicated in succession in Batch mode.When the system recognized a new master it ejects the previously loaded master into the output bin and starts recoding on the next series of blanks until it completes the job or recognizes a new master in the drive. The CD version copies at 52x or about 3 minutes for a full CD. The DVD version copies CDs at 16x and DVDs at 4x or 15 minutes for a full length 2 hour DVD.
