This 17ppm Letter or Legal size monochrome ECOSYS small-workgroup printer is capable of imaging at an interpolated 1,800 x 600 dpi for crisp, corporate documents. In addition, the fast PowerPC405 192/266MHz CPU processes documents quickly for maximum productivity and minimum wait time. With a small footprint and fast output speed, the FS-820 makes an excellent single user Printer. Optional memory upgrades are also available.
 

New from Kyocera, the FS-820 is a 17 PPM mono Laser Printer with fast 1200 DPI printing at the lowest cost per page in its class at 1.2 cent per page (most of the other printers in this class are around 3 cents per page). Kyocera's Ecosys technology reduces waste by using long life components that also reduce cost of ownership. It has a very small footprint and is light (20 lbs). PCL6 is standard and the printer has 192MHz CPU for a fast 1st page out. Comes with 16 MB RAM that can be upgraded to 272MB. It is also a low-noise printer that only produces 49db when printing. It connects with a high speed USB 2.0 and 1284 Parallel ports. 250 sheets internal tray letter/legal size paper is standard along with a single sheet multi-purpose tray for heavy stock.
