Up to 40 programmable Departments

The standard keyboard configuration features 15 department keys with a shift function to access 15 additional department totals. Your GRS dealer can expand the CRS ER-3720 to 20 departments, and with an additional 20 departments by shift you can report a fatal of 40 departments. Each department is individually programmable to:

• Automatically add the appropriate tax or taxes

• Automatically finalize with Single Item

• Register Positive or Negative amounts

• Enforce Single Line Validation

999 Price Look Ups (PLUs)

Up to 999 PLUs are available to accurately price and count individual items. With open status, PLUs will accept price entries, providing additional merchandise breakdowns PLUs report their individual item sales counts and totals In addition, the stock counter decrements each time an item is sold. PLU summary information is available by reporting sales to a department and reporting group

 25 Clerks/Cashiers

Enforce sign on for each transaction, or allow a single operator to run the register continuously. In addition to net sales and customer counts, each clerk report provides cash, check and charge sales and drawer totals Complete drawer reporting by clerk insures accountability for cash drawer balancing.

For optimal security, you can assign separate levels of access for each clerk. Functions, such as voids and returns, as well as control lock access can be limited. You can be assured that only approved operators access controlled functions

 4 Programmable Taxes

Up to four separate taxes can be applied automatically. Each tax can be calculated by tax table or by percentage. GST calculation is available for Canada and Value Added Tax can be computed for tax included applications.

The sturdy Epson CR-812AII numeric printer provides separate receipt sales journal and with validation, operators can mark documents such as checks or gift certificates with critical date and time information. Save paper by issuing receipts only by request, after the sale.
